EMPLOYER'S FİNANCİAL LİABİLİTY INSURANCE
Employer’s Financial Liability Insurance covers compensations requested by workers from the employer who are connected to the employer by means of a labor contract and subject to the Law of Social Insurance, or their right holders. This insurance policy also covers compensations, court expenses and lawyer fees up to the amount written down in the policy, which will be paid as a result of judicial recourses that will be brought against the employer because of occupational accidents.
