Hiring

All criteria required by positions have been predefined at Aksigorta. Candidates are evaluated on the basis of such criteria during the hiring process. Efforts are demonstrated to hire the most suitable candidates to the company by conducting interviews, performing various analysis and reference checks.



Performance Management

At the beginning of every year, each employee, together with their manager, determines their own specific and measurable business targets in connection with the company’s objectives and his competence motives which they wants to improve. By the middle of the year, each employee and their manager undergo an interim evaluation based on these goals. At the end of the year, a general evaluation is carried out with respect to the employee’s performance throughout the entire year. The results of the evaluation play a key role in determining the employee’s need for training, as well as their pay.



Wages and Other Benefits

Aksigorta pursues a fair and realistic salary policy which takes sectoral circumstances and inflation rates into account and is based on the Performance Evaluation System. The pay is constituted of a monthly salary and 4 bonus payments throughout the year. The system, which includes 12 monthly salary payments and performance premiums, is applied to the service center employees. Aksigorta provides lunch and commuting services to its employees.



Social Activities

Aksigorta aims to reinforce in-house communication and ensure that its employees improve themselves in line with their own fields of interest through corporate activities organized by the company itself as well as social activities held by clubs that employees set up by gathering together.
